Toni is a Senior Financial Adviser with over 22 years experience in the financial services industry. While fully qualified to advise in all forms of life, protection, pension and mortgage business, Toni specialises in ethical/socially responsible investment, equity release and care fees planning. Toni is a founder member and spokeswoman for Symponia, a specialist care fees organisation www.symponia.co.uk and a member of the Society of Mortgage Professionals and the Faculty of Life and Pensions. Toni holds a Diploma in Financial Planning.

Kersi joined Tee Financial as an Independent Financial Adviser, and works with individual and corporate clients providing financial planning advice in a wide range of areas including pensions and retirement planning, investments, inheritance tax and estate planning. Kersi is a father of two and enjoys sports and keep fit exercises.

Helen is a newly qualified Independent Financial Adviser and joined Tee Financial in 2006. She assists in preparing client valuations and suitability letters, researching financial products and attending client meetings. She is currently working towards the Diploma in Financial Planning, and works alongside Kersi, Roger and Toni.
Outside of work Helen enjoys scuba diving, travelling and pilates.

Laura is a newly qualified Investment Manager at Tee Financial, and joined the firm in 2002, initially as a Securities Administrator. She holds the Investment Administration Qualification, Diploma in Investment Compliance and the Investment Management Certificate. She is currently working towards the CISI Diploma, and works alongside Dominic and Joanna on the Investment Management team.

Dominic is a director of Tee Financial in charge of the investment management team with 20 years experience in the field, including portfolio, unit trust and client relationship management, both on- and off-shore. He holds a degree in Political Economy and National Economics, as well as the Securities Institute Diploma and the Investment Management Certificate. He is also a fellow of the Securities Institute.

Roger is a Director of Tee Financial. He has worked in the financial services sector since 1972 in senior managerial posts with Save & Prosper and Sun Life. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession, and specialises in investment and retirement planning. His outside interests include anything equestrian, and he is a keen armchair rugby supporter.

Joanna is an Investment Manager with 11 years' experience, including London appointments with BGI and Northern Trust. She graduated with a management degree in 1999, and since joining Tee Financial has achieved her Securities and Investment Diploma and MCSI accreditation. Joanna specialises in the management of private client investment portfolios.
